MIXED USE BUILDING This mixed use building is located in a commercial zone in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. The orientation of the site provides views of Lake Union, Mt. Rainier and downtown Seattle, as well as excellent solar orientation to the south. The building takes advantage of its sloping site by creating multiple entries for retail, commercial, and parking access. The building is divided into two parts connected by a transparent space that serves as a main building entry and lobby at each floor. The east part of the building houses office space on three levels, all with access to views and natural light to the south. The west part of the building contains a small retail space at the street level with a loft office space on the second and third levels, and a residence on top. Underneath the building, two levels of parking accommodate up to nineteen vehicles.
