PERMIT SET

Best for developers and seasoned remodelers.
Provides a building permit.
We add construction level dimensions and notes where possible.

Does NOT include:

  • Electrical Plans
  • Interior Elevations
  • Exterior details (except typical wall section is usually provided)
  • Interior details
  • Architectural Specifications

CONSULTATION

Hourly consultation as necessary.
Best for small projects and seasoned remodelers.
Best for projects that don’t require a building permit.
