Project – Green Lake Seattle House Remodel

The project included lifting the house two feet, installing a new foundation, and remodeling both the interior and exterior. The floor plans were reconfigured, and new windows were added to enhance the view. A steel moment frame was also designed on the view-facing side to meet earthquake and wind load requirements.
